Our vetting promise

Your child, our responsibility.

See how we review every nanny before a placement is agreed.

All nannies must complete our vetting process before a placement can be agreed. We carefully review the information provided and carry out the checks appropriate to the role, placement and country.

Our review considers:

  • Verified identity and profile details.
  • Childcare experience and employment history.
  • References and relevant qualifications or certificates.
  • Availability, role expectations and suitability for your family's needs.
  • Any additional checks required for the placement or country.

Vetting is only the beginning. We want every child to feel safe, settled and happy, and every parent to feel heard and confident in the care they receive.
